Is it safe for me to be inside while you're treating?

Accepted Answer

For General Pest Control treatments our technicians use a water based chemical to treat and there is no concern of inhalation.  We apply our general treatment to the baseboard placing it in a low to no contact area of your house. Under normal conditions the chemical will dry within one hour of application.

I have cat(s)/dogs(s) is it safe for them to be around when your treating?

Accepted Answer

During the time our technician is performing service there is no issue with your people friendly 4 legged family being inside. Our techs will ensure that we do not spray any pet beds, food/water bowls, toys or litter boxes to ensure limited exposure.

Question 3

Your tech said I need a "cleanout", what does that mean and are you cleaning?

Accepted Answer

A Cleanout is a treatment method used to treat areas of your house that pests are present that our tech can not do without prep work from you. No, our tech is not cleaning the area, after you cleanout your belongings from the area, our tech will treat the location for the pest.

Is there an odor from the chemicals?

Accepted Answer

In most cases the chemicals we use for General Pest Control have no odor. In some cases when treating a larger issue we may have to use chemicals that have some odor to them, however typically the odor will dissipate within a few minutes.
